In order to ensure

continually use protein bars and protein shakes as my between-meal snack.
However, I have also been known to use trail-mix that contains more nuts than
fruits. Your goal is to ensure that your body is getting all of the proteins

loss plan. If you should ever feel a craving for something sweet, then have a
piece of fruit. Some fruits have more sugars than others, such as bananas,
